Abstract

GAMBARAN NYERI PADA PASIEN NEUROPATI DIABETIK DI POLIKLINIK SARAF RSUP DR MOHAMMAD HOESIN (Narvin Bernard Ravichandiran, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya,Mei 2020, 50 halaman) Abstrak Pendahuluan: Prevalens diabetes mellitus (DM) terus meningkat dan komplikasinya menjadi lebih banyak. Neuropati diabetik adalah komplikasi yang diderita oleh 50% pasien DM. Nyeri akibat neuropati dapat menghambat aktivitas fisik, kualitas hidup, dan produktivitas kerja. Tipe neuropati diabetik yang paling sering adalah distal symmetric polyneuropathy (DSPN). Neuropati diabetik diklasifikasikan menjadi empat yaitu DSPN, neuropati proksimal, neuropati kranial, dan mononeuropati multipleks. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran nyeri neuropati penderita neuropati diabetik poliklinik saraf RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin (RSMH). Metode: Penelitian deskriptif menggunakan data primer semua pasien yang menderita Diabetes Mellitus yang dikonsultasikan ke poliklinik saraf Rumah Sakit Mohammad Hoesin Palembang tahun 2019. Data yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data untuk menentukan gambaran dari setiap variabel. Hasil: Subyek penelitian berjumlah 45 subyek. Subyek paling banyak berusia 50–60 tahun berjumlah 17 subyek (37,8%), berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 27 subyek (60%), jenis neuropati DSPN berjumlah 28 subyek (62,2%), merasakan nyeri kesemutan melalui hasil ID pain screening test berjumlah 42 subyek (93,3%) dan memperoleh hasil axonal demyelinating polineuropati sensorik motorik berjumlah 45 pasien (100%) melalui hasil electromyography (EMG). Kesimpulan: Pasien yang menderita penyakit neuropati diabetik di poliklinik saraf RSMH paling banyak berusia 50–60 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan. Jenis neuropati yang paling sering ditemukan adalah DSPN. Pasien paling banyak merasakan nyeri kesemutan melalui kuisioner ID pain screening test. Hasil EMG menunjukkan pasien paling banyak menderita axonal demielinating polineuropati sensorik motorik. Kata kunci: neuropati diabetik DESCRIPTION OF PAIN ON DIABETIC NEUROPATHY PATIENT IN RSUP DR MOHAMMAD HOESIN NEUROLOGY POLYCLINIC (Narvin Bernard Ravichandiran, Sriwijaya University Faculty of Medicine, Mei 2020, 50 halaman) Abstract Introduction: Prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) is rising and so does the complication. Diabetic neuropathy is the complication in 50% DM patient. Neuropathy-caused pain could inhibit the physical activity, quality of life, and productivity. Diabetic neuropathy is classified into distal symmetric polyneuropathy (DSPN) proximal neuropathy, cranial neuropathy, and multiplex mononeuropathy. The most common neuropathy is DSPN. The aim of the study is to know the description of pain on diabetic neuropathy patient in RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin (RSMH) Neurology Polyclinic. Methods: This descriptive study use all 2019 consulted-to-neurology DM patient primary data. Data that fulfil inclusion and exclusion criterias analyzed by data processor software to describe each variable. Results: There are 54 subjects. Most of subjects are aged 50–60 years amount of 17 subjects (37,8%), female amount of 27 subjects (60%), DSPN amount of 28 subjects (62,2%), feel tingling through ID pain screening test results amount of 42 subjects (93,3%) and axonal demyelinating sensoric motoric polyneuropathy amount of 45 subjects (100%) through electromyography (EMG) results. Conclusion: Most of diabetic neuropathy patient in RSUP dr Mohammad Hoesin Neurology Polyclinic are aged 50–60 years, female. The most common type of neuropathy is DSPN. Patients suffer tingling pain most through the ID pain screening test questionnaire. Electromyography shows most of the patiens suffer axonal demyelinating sensoric motoric polyneuropathy.
