Abstract

This study aims to describe the Process of Learning Used Goods Processing in the FKIP Student Family Learning Studio in Sribanding Village which includes the stages of preparation, implementation and learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research subjects numbered 6 people with 1 manager, 2 tutors, and 3 people learning from the age of 7 to 15 years. The collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the learning process of used goods processing for learning citizens could get information about recycling used goods into beautiful work and could be used as business opportunities. The stages of the learning process are (1). Preparation, where tutors and residents learn to prepare classes by forming a circle, then prepare materials to be processed (plastic, plastic bottles, used cardboard, scissors, adhesive glue, and wax) (2). Implementation, the tutor conveys the learning objectives and shows the teaching material that will be processed to the citizens of learning as well as the process of making patterns and combining patterns so that they become beautiful decorative items. (3). Learning outcomes of processing used goods in the form (piggy bank, flowers, flower vases, wall hangings and curtains). And there is no level of difficulty experienced by learning citizens and tutors. Seen from throughout the learning process that learning residents who participate in these activities can all follow the learning well without the difficulties they face because the material and teaching materials provided are in accordance with the learning objectives and their abilities.
