Abstract

Tanjung Batu Health Center has a high rate of environemental-based diseases each year, namely diarrhea found 940 cases and ARI 3.637 cases in 2019. One of the factors causing the high number og environmental-based diseases is probably due to the suboptimal implementastion og environmental health services in Health Center. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look at how the implementation of environmental health service in health center based on the Minister of Health regulation number 13 of 2015. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this study were 8 informants. The selection of informants is choses based on the principle of suitability and the adequancy of the information obtained. One of the minimum criteria that must be possessed by informants is to be directly involved in the administration of environmental health service at the Tanjung Batu Health Center. The results showed that the implementor of environmental health service policy had known environmental helath service at the health center. However, there are still constraints on resources, namely there are no facilities in the form of environmental healh tools. The attitude of the policy implementor has been to support and run environmental health service in accordance with environmental health service policies. Ogan ilir Health Office has also conducted monitoring and monitoring evaluation in the form of quarterly repots. Conclusion, overall the implementation of environmental health service at the Tanjung Batu Health Center has been running quite well, it is expected that the Health Office and the Health Center can work and communicate to resolve existing obstacles so that the implementation of environmental health services at the Tanjung Batu Health Center can run optimally.
