Abstract

Background: Tumors are abnormal lumps in the body caused by the spread of abnormal and uncontrolled cells. One treatment that can be done in patients with lung tumors is surgery (surgery). Surgery can cause various side effects in patients, such as psychological effects (anxiety). Anxiety can be given an intervention in the form of spiritual beliefs to calm down. One of them is by dhikr combined with cognitive behavioral stress management. The purpose of this scientific work is to apply nursing care in the case of lung tumors and anxiety reduction using remembrance therapy in combination with cognitive behavioral stress management in accordance with Edvidance Based. Method: Writing this scientific work is descriptive in the form of case studies to explore the problem and find out nursing care in lung tumor patients. The approach used is the approach to nursing care including assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. While the literature study was collected through a googlescholar database using the keywords dzikir therapy, anxiety, cognitive behavioral stress management and pre-surgery. There are 10 articles used in the study of literature published in the last 10 years. Results: The results of the study found that all three patients experienced the same primary complaint of anxiety so that the problem of nursing anxiety was established. The implementations provided include comprehensive assessment of anxiety, monitoring vital signs and teaching dhikr therapy in combination with cognitive behavioral stress management as an intervention with an evidence based learning approach. The results of the evaluation found that there was a decrease in anxiety levels in all three patients after the dzikir therapy interventions combined with cognitive behavioral stress management. Conclusion: Dhikr therapy combined cognitive behavioral stress management affects the decrease in anxiety levels in the three patients under management.
