Abstract
At this time a large increase in electricity demand is needed for efforts to increase efficiency, one of which is by saving fuel consumption and reducing the impact on environmental pollution. In this case, increasing efficiency can be done by increasing the use of a combined cycle. For Gas turbine generators (GTG) using the brayton cycle method and for steam turbine generator (STG) using the rankine cycle. This efficiency calculation is carried out to determine the efficiency in Keramasan unit 1 PLTGU which has a capacity of 40 MW with a 1-1-1 operation pattern consisting of 1 Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), 1 gas Turbine Generator (GTG), 1 Steam Turbine Generator ( STG), with the fuel used is natural gas. The results of the study and calculations obtained efficiency on the Gas Turbine Generator 31.97%, Heat recovery Steam Generator 42,49 %, Steam turbine generator 15.10 % and for combination cycle efficiency 42.70 %
