Abstract

This study discusses The Accountability of Sriwijaya University 2018 Entrepreneur Students Program Fund Report. The disintegrated financial report, the invalid report, and the disobedience of the students toward the regulation are the phenomena that encourage the writer to analyze the causes and to find the solution. The phenomena are regulated in Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 17 year 2003 Article 3 Section 1 about National State Finance, Rector’s Regulation No.0087.113/UN9/SK.BAK.KM/2018 about the Fund of the Entrepreneur Students Program, and Rector’s Regulation No.0087.113/UN9/SK.BAK.KM/2018 about the implementation of the Entrepreneur Students Program. This study was conducted in Sriwijaya University Students’ Division. This is a descriptive study by using qualitative research method. This study uses primary and secondary data which were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The theory used for analyzing in this study is the theory of financial accountability proposed by Indonesia State Administration Agency (LAN) (BPKP, 2007:28) consisting of financial integrity and revelation and obedience toward regulation. The result of the study shows that the accountability of Sriwijaya University 2018 Entrepreneur Students Program Fund Report is not proper enough or not maximally conducted. The suggestion given to fix the problems are to 1) create a web to which students can apply proposal, 2) ask the students to make progress and post report, 3) make a format for a detail financial report, 4) maintain the regulation, and 5) build a special room for PMW.
