Abstract

Minister of Health Regulation No. 46 of 2015 requires all Puskesmas in Indonesia to be accredited in 2019 while the Nanjungan Puskesmas in Lahat Regency has not been accredited and the requirements to carry out accreditation must carry out pre-accreditation assistance. This study aims to determine the implementation of pre-accreditation assistance in Nanjungan Public Health Center, Lahat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using in-depth interview method. Collecting in-depth interviews with 9 informants consisting of Head of Health Office, Head of Health Office and Accreditation, 3 Supporting Teams, Head of Nanjungan District, 3 Chairmen of Working Groups. Validity is done by source triangulation and data triangulation. The results of research on the input of the implementation of pre-accreditation assistance for the determination of human resources and funds are in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument, for facilities and infrastructure as well as the method not in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument. In the process of implementing pre-accreditation assistance for commitment-raising workshops, it is in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument while there are those that have not been in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument such as document preparation, self-assessment implementation assistance and preparation of accreditation assistance follow-up plans, preparation of accreditation documents, implementation assistance processes, processes pre-accreditation assessment assistance. It can be concluded that the Implementation of Pre-Accreditation Assistance in Nanjungan Public Health Center in Lahat Regency as a whole is not in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument. Suggestion from this research is that the accompanying team must follow and obey the process in accordance with the Accreditation Instrument and Permenkes 46 of 2015.
