Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Fed's Interest Rate on Rupiah Exchange Rates in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data and uses time series data with quarter data from 2008 2019. The me h d ed i hi d i im le li ea eg e i . The results of this study indicate: (1) Based on the T-statistically significant. The Influence of The Fed's Interest Rates Has a Significant Effect on Rupiah Exchange Rates in Indonesia. (2) Viewed from the coefficient of determination (R2), the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.2556 or 25.56% means that 25.56 percent of the Fed's Interest Rate Variable has an effect of 25.56% on the Rupiah Exchange Rate in Indonesia. The rest 74.44% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
