Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) Analyzing the differences in production and income in rice crop farming by using Pompanization and non-pompanization irrigation systems in Gelebak Dalam Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin District. (2) Analyzing differences in the level of feasibility between rice farming using the Pompanization and non-pompanization Irrigation Systems in Gelebak Dalam Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Gelebak Dalam Desa Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency in November 2019. The sampling method used in this study was a disproportionate stratifaed random sampling method. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that there were differences in production between pumping and non-pompanization farming, where production of pompanization farming was higher than non-pompanization farming. and there is a difference in income between farming using a pumping and non-pumping irrigation system where non-pompanizaion farming income is greater than the pompanization g farming. regarding financial policies for pompanization paddy farming, get an NPV of Rp74.312.570 IRR of 290 percent, gross B / C ratio of 3, net B / C ratio of 13, PP of 0.32, BEP units of 2.268 kg, and Rupiah BEP of Rp9.073.171. Whereas for non-pompanization farming, NPV was Rp56.884.829, IRR was 810 percent, gross B / C ratio was 3, net B / C ratio was 36, PP was 0.1, BEP unit was 643,58 kg, and Rupiah BEP was amounting to Rp2.574.321.
