Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of health of the company's financial distress starting in 2015,2016,2017, and in 2018 using the Springate and Zmijewski methods. And to find out in what years the company indicated experiencing the worst financial distress. The dependent variable in this study is financial ratios. The independent variables in this study are the Springate model and the Zmijewski model. The data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The results showed that using the Springate method the company in 2015-2017 was said to be healthy while in 2018 the company was said to be unhealthy, while using the Zmijewski method the company during 2015-2018 was said to be healthy.
