Abstract

The research aims to study at the relationship between structure of production costs and profits of the city of Palembang cake industry. The type of data used is secondary data for 2013 to 2018. The analysis technique used is cross tabulation using oearson correlation. The results show that there is a positive relationship between structure of production costs and profits of the city of Palembang cake industry with a pearson correlation of 0.983 percent, so if production costs rise then profits also increase and conversely.
