Abstract
With the development of increasingly global times like today, information becomes the most important thing for companies or agencies. One way to maintain the viability of the company is to maintain good relations with the customers by providing fast and accurate information, which can spearhead the company. Planet Petshop needs to have a medium for delivering information that can improve service to customers because of some problems that occur because customers have difficulty getting promotional and service information. Another problem with Planet Petshop is that it is still difficult for customers to know what products are provided and the customer must come to the location. Then the company is still having trouble collecting data on customers who have ordered. Therefore Planet Petshop requires a system that implements a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method that aims to make the relationship between the company and the customer well established and the customer service process will be faster and more efficient.
