Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Relasi Sosial Buruh Tani Sayuran di Desa Tanjung Payang Kecamatan Pagar Alam Selatan kota Pagar Alam”. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan mengenai bagaimana proses dan bentuk relasi sosial antar buruh tani sayuran di desa Tanjung Payang. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep relasi sosial dari Spradley dan McCurdy. Peneliti menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data kondensasi, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses sosial yang terjalin antar buruh tani terbagi menjadi 4 tahap yaitu Zero contact, Awarness, Surface conntact, Mutuality sedangkan bentuk relasi sosial buruh tani dilihat dari kerja sama dan persaingan antar buruh tani sayuran di desa Tanjung Payang Kecamatan Pagar Alam Selatan Kota Pagar Alam. Kata Kunci: Relasi sosial, Buruh tani sayuran.
