Abstract

Queuing is a problem that is frequently encountered in everyday life. The queuing process itself can occur because of the demand for services that are greater than the existing service facilities in the queue system. To date, customer service process is still done manually. This can more and more time wasted by customers who haven't gotten their turn to get service. The objective to be achieved is the creation of a mobile application that can be used to retrieve queue numbers by online without having to go directly to agencies that provide services to the community only by using an Android-based smartphone, and can be used as an application supporting facilities services addressed to agencies that provide services for Public. The methodology used in the design refers to two methods, namely the waterfall method and RAD. The final result that will be achieved in this design is an Android-based mobile application that can be put on Google Play Store so that it can be used and beneficial to the community as an alternative medium to take queuing numbers and provide queuing numbers for agency owners.
