Abstract

FYC Footwear is a local footwear company in Indonesia which has 22 wholesalers in major Indonesian cities based in Bandung. In unique marketing products to customers, augmented reality becomes one of the effective business strategies to provide different experiences to customers which consist of 3D objects also can compete with other companies. To see the effectiveness of augmented reality as a business strategy, an assessment is needed to see the application both to meet customer needs that are customer satisfaction in using the application. This research uses to apply augmented reality technology using the Handheld Augmented Reality Usability Scale (HARUS) method in measuring the usability of augmented reality application in FYC Footwear. The values to be proposed are the value of manipulability and comprehensibility using a questionnaire with 14 questions and 30 respondents, required feedback or perceived quality satisfaction from customers to improve the HAR application to achieve business success. From the results of research and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression two factors HARUS, namely manipulability and comprehensiveness which have high usability in the usability of augmented reality applications FYC Footwear, the augmented reality application provides assistance to increase customer satisfaction.
