Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat mengakibatkan menjamurnya pembangunan infrastruktur seperti gedung, jembatan, pelabuhan, jalan, dan berbagai fasilitas publik lainnya. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari pembangunan ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah demolition material construction yang memiliki dampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Demolition material construction adalah sisa material konstruksi yang berasal dari proses pembangunan atau renovasi bangunan. Pemanfaatan material sisa konstruksi menjadi agregat dalam perkerasaan jalan diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah konstruksi dan penambangan terhadap batuan dan pasir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan kepada beberapa pihak mengenai potensi limbah beton untuk menjadi agregat dalam perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental di laboratorium dengan lima kadar aspal yang berbeda.
