Abstract
Along with the ongoing process of producing wells, a decline in well productiviy can also be seen, a factor causing the decline rate of production is due to formation damage by the scale. that covers the pores of the rock. One of the countermeasures for this scale problem is by means of stimulation, matrix acidizing is the right stimulation for this problem. Matrix acidizing is the injection of acid into the pores in the productive layer with injection pressure under the pressure of fracture formation. The goal is to analyze the comparison of formation damage conditions and the ability to produce wells before and after stimulation, increase the productivity of wells in accordance with the ability to produce wells and analyze the process of scale formation. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the matrix acidizing program showed that it had succeeded well in producing the ability to produce wells in accordance with their potential. This os based on the analysis of the value of skin (S), flowe efficiency (FE) and the ability to produce wells. The well is capable of producing a maximum production rate (Qmax) of 4,719 bfpd-5,011 bfpd with an acquisition of oil production rate (Qo) ranging from 227 bopd-241bopd. The skin (S) value is -0,62 which means that formation damage due to the CaCO3 scale has bee overcome. The ability to produce wells to produce a maximum production rate that matches its capacity has been overcome.
