Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV. Suryamas Lahat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi finansial langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV. Suryamas Lahat. Bagi perusahaan di sarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi atau penyesuaian dengan menaikkan gaji karyawan, melakukan evaluasi atau penyesuaian atas komisi atau yang diberikan kepada karyawan seiring dengan peningkatan produktivitas karyawan.
