Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 18 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang guru dan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan mengambil semua populasi dijadikan responden serta menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Bagi SMP Negeri 18 Palembang disarankan untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja fisik guna meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Guru
