Abstract

This purposes of this researchare to: 1) Analyze FarmersPerception of the Existence of Palembang Indralaya Toll Road in Pemulutan District, Ogan ilir Regency 2) Analyze differences in rice farmers' income before and after the existence of the Palembang Indralaya Toll Road in Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, in December 2019. The location determination was based on the consideration that Pemulutan District was one of the areas affected by the Palembang Indralaya Toll Road. The research method used was survey method. The sampling method using simple random sampling method obtained 30 samples from a total of 46 households. The data obtained consisted of primary data and secondary data. Farmers' perception of the construction of the Palindra (Palembang-Indralaya) Toll road in Pemulutan District with indicators of land acquisition, social interaction, and environmental impact in the agreed category. Farmer's income before and after the construction of the PalindraToll road (Palembang-Indralaya) in Pemulutan District there is a difference with a difference of Rp2,421,382.20 / yr. This is also evidenced by the paired t-test analysis where the correlation value between two variables is 0.982 which means there is a strong and positive relationship. Then obtained the value of Sig. (2 tailed) of 0,000 means that it is significant at the 0.01 level. Value of 0.01 <0.05, the decision is Reject Ho, meaning that there are differences in income of rice farmers before and after the construction of the Palindra Toll road in Pemulutan District.
