Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. is one of the companies engaged in the business of extracting industry materials. Land that has been reclaimed is on post-mining land with an elevation of 30 meters above sea level with an area that has been reclaimed until 2019 with an area of 199.79 hectares. Based on the area in 2019 located in blocks E, F, G has an area of 6.8 hectares. The reclamation evaluation is part of the stages in the reclamation activity in which all reclamation implementation must be in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827 K / 30 / MEM / 2018. needed for reclamation in 2019 at PT. Semen Indonesi (Persero), Tbk. The results of the research obtained by the land use planning by the company can be realized in the field, in terms of initial planning of land area planning which will be arranged for 6.8 hectares, the realization is obtained in the field. Then in terms of topsoil stocking, it was agreed that the total land to be used for 20,400 m3 would be obtained in the field. The aspect of air duct placement is not in accordance with the realialization in the field. Revegetation planning for blocks E, F, G totaled 11,220 trees and as many as 11,164 trees were realized consisting of trembesi trees and teak trees. Achieving the success rate of reclamation at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk reached a percentage of 90%. Costs used in the reclamation activities of the post-harvest block E, F, 2019 with an area of 6.8 hectares consist of direct costs of Rp. 2,258,633,698 and indirect costs of Rp. 605,313,831,2. The total reclamation cost for production operations is Rp. 2,863,947,529.
