Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the financial feasibility of natural fresh Sari agro-tourism in Giham Sukamaju Sub District, Sekincau, West Lampung District analyze the factors that most affect the financial feasibility change of natural agrotourism fresh Sari at Giham Village Sukamaju District Sekincau West Lampung District and formulated the development strategy for natural fresh Sari agro tourism in the village of Giham Sukamaju Sekincau District of West Lampung Regency. The results of the analysis conducted in this research can be concluded that the natural Agrowisata Sari Sekincau subdistrict of West Lampung Regency obtained an NPV value of Rp600.480.191 IRR percent 28 percent, Net B/C of 2,53 and PP amounting to 1.05 with the project life of 5 years, the scenario that occurs in the sensitivity analysis of Alam Segar Sari Agro is a decrease in the selling price of products and services then the increase of operational costs. The maximum limit on the price reduction of the sales and services is up to 30 percent and the increase in operating costs is 108 percent and the strategy to be done by natural fresh Sari Agrowisata is to make legal legality, forming a legal entity and more promotion through social media. keywords:agro tourism, financial, sensitivity, and development strategi
