Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) Analyzing the farmer perception about farm support received? (2) Analyzing farmer objectif and subjektif well-being of each farmer in different farm support received. (3) Analyzing the correlation of farmer objektif and subjektif well-being. The sampling method used was stratified sampling with that 22 samples for each stratified from 79 populations. The results showed that farmer perception about their farm support was average low for all categories. Objectif and Subjectif Farmer was over average of poverty margin. Corelation of perception and objectif and subjectif well-being was not significan. This research was conducted in Pulau Kemaro 1 Ilir subdistrict Ilir Timur II District Palembang City. The data was collected in 2019. The sampling method used was stratified random sampling with two stratified that 22 samples. The results showed that farmer perception about their farm support was average low for all categories. Objectif and Subjectif Farmer was over average of poverty margin. Corelation of perception and objectif and subjectif well-being was not significan. The results of this research showed that farmer perception about farm support their accepted were lowed from each group. Farmer at Pulau Kemaro evaluated about farmer support were not effective and efficient, farm support given were not distributed well. Farmer objectif well-being according Badan Pusat Statistika standard poverty line of two each group were upper the poverty line. Meanwhile, according World Bank standard poverty line of two group were under the poverty line. The relations of farmer perception to farmer support each group received farmer objectif well-being was not significant. And the relations with subjectif well-being was significant for each group.
