Abstract

Inselcious restaurant is one of the business which is engaged in culinary which has international food and beverage style. In doing business inselcious has a membership system for customers who are willing to register, the advantages of being a membership is getting a promo from the restaurant, but giving promos such as discounts and free meals have not effective yet when given equally to every customer who has become a member, because every people have different food tastes. There is a clustering method in data mining which is a method for determining and grouping objects that have certain characteristics in common. This research aims to apply the clustering method in data mining, using restaurant membership transaction data to classify type of foods based on customer profiles. The application used in this research is the Weka, with 100 record incelsious membership transaction data and three clusters were formed.
