Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini membahas tentang tingkatn Self-Resilience peserta didik dan juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara efikasi diri ibu yang bekerja dengan ibu yang tidak bekerja terhadap Self-Resilience peserta didik di SMP Mardi Wacana Palembang.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden yang terdiri dari ibu bekerja, ibu tidak bekerja, dan anaknya selaku peserta didik. Hasil perhitungan peneliti menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh efikasi diri ibu bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja terhadap Self-Resilience peserta didik, dari hasil perhitungan untuk ibu yang bekerja diperoleh nilai T Hitung = 2,510 > dan T Tabel = 1,982 yang berarti H_0 ditolak, H_a diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara ibu bekerja terhadap Self-Resilience Peserta Didik. Sedangkan hasil pengaruh efikasi diri ibu tidak bekerja dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil nilai T Hitung lebih kecil dari pada T Tabel (0,576 < 1,982) yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara efikasi diri ibu tidak bekerja terhadap Self-Resilience Peserta Didik.
