Abstract

This study aims to determine the students’ problem solving abilities after learning using the PMRI approach trhought the LSLC system on the integer material in class VII. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study are students of class VII B, Srijaya Negara Junior High School, totaling 30 students and a total 32 students. Data collection techniques used are observations, giving test questions amounted to 2 questions in the form of descriptions, and interviews. Analisys data used is descriptive. After research is conducted, obtained the problem solving skills of students of class VII B on integer, the most appeared indicator is the first indicator which is understanding the problem and the most importnant indicator the least emergent is the third indicator, the fourth, which is writing a solution and drawing a conclusion.
