Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF JOB PROMOTION ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION ON AT PT IDINGA RAYA SENTOSA PALEMBANG CITY By : M. Rohim Maulana Prof. Badia Perizade, M.B.A., Ph.D.; Wita Farla WK, S.E., M.M. This study aims to determine the effect of Job Promotion on Job Satisfaction on Employee at PT Idinga Raya Sentosa Palembang City. The population in this study were all employees in the PT Idinga Raya Sentosa of Palembang City using a census which amounted to 55 respondent. The methods that used for collecting data in this study are obtained from questionnaires. The analysis technique that used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that Job Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the PT Idinga Raya Sentosa of Palembang City. PT Idinga Raya Sentosa Palembang City should hold promotion opportunity and can be more assertive to employees in working order to reach the target company.
