Abstract

PRA RANCANGAN PABRIK PEMBUATAN ETILEN OKSIDA KAPASITAS PRODUKSI 60.000 TON/TAHUN Karya tulis ilmiah berupa Skripsi, Juli 2020 Zianka Audy Shesaruny dan Ade Azmi Amelia; Dibimbing oleh Prof. Ir. Subriyer Nasir M.S., Ph.D. Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya xv + 497 halaman, 23 tabel, 16 gambar, 4 lampiran RINGKASAN Pabrik pembuatan etilen oksida dengan kapasitas produksi 60.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2024 di Sampang, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah, yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area 7,05 ha. Proses pembuatan etilen oksida ini mengacu pada Patent WO 2019/197249 A1, dimana metode proses yang digunakan merupakan proses oksidasi etana. Reaksi berlangsung pada dua reaktor berupa multitubular fixed bed reactor dengan temperatur 340oC dan tekanan 6 atm. Pabrik ini akan didirikan dengan bentuk perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan total karyawan 281 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik propilen oksida ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Investasi = US$ 153.233.500,38 • Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 659.891.897,57 • Biaya produksi per tahun = US$ 623.824.318,66 • Laba bersih per tahun = US$ 25.247.305,23 • Pay Out Time = 2,96 tahun • Rate of Return = 41,94% • Discounted Cash Flow¬-ROR = 41,17% • Break Even Point = 39% • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci :Etana, Oksigen, Etilen Oksida, Analisa Ekonomi
