Abstract

This study aimed to find out whether the dimensions og religiosity influenced the decision to purchase a house and to determine the effect og each factor (income, price, facilities and location) on the decision to purchase a subsidized house. This study used desriptive qualitative method with Multifactor Evaluation Procces. The results of this study showed that the variable of religiosity was a major factor in deciding to purchase a house where 47.78 percent made it as a determining factor, income asa a factor of primary needs, price as a consideration factor, and facility and location only as factor of necessity so that these factors became consideration factors for buyers in purchasing subsidized houses.
