Abstract

This research was conducted on a travel business in the city of Palembang which aims to determine the profit-sharing system in a travel business in the city of Palembang and the factors that influence it. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive qualitative analysis technique with a system of profit sharing analysis and proportion sharing analysis and also uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with multiple regression using OLS and econometrics models. The results showed that the profit sharing system used in the travel business in the city of Palembang, namely profit and loss sharing and the system of profit sharing in the travel business in the city of Palembang, used two cooperation agreements, the mudharabah and musyarakah contracts. The proportion of revenue sharing for each party in the business of travel in the city of Palembang there are 5 proportions namely, 25: 35: 10: 30, 25: 65: 10, 30: 60: 10, 40: 50: 10 and 40: 60. Distance variable and the load factor has a positive and significant effect on the driver's profit sharing.
