Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Trietanolamina berkapasitas produksi 13.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta, Kutamekar,, Kecamatan Ciampel, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area 4,7 Ha. Proses pembuatan trietanolamina ini mengacu pada Patent US 20190039997 A1 dengan proses aminasi Etilen oksida dan Amoniak membentuk produk utama Trietanolamina (TEA), serta produk samping Monoetanolamina (MEA) dan Dietanolamina (DEA). Reaktor jenis Shell and Tube Reactor beroperasi pada 76,85 °C dan tekanan 9,86 atm tanpa menggunakan katalis. Pabrik ini akan didirikan dengan bentuk perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama dengan total karyawan 242 pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik etanol ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Biaya Investasi = USD 44.817.085,76 • Hasil penjualan per tahun= USD 80.775.250,71 • Biaya produksi per tahun= USD 69.502.677,70 • Laba bersih per tahun = USD 7.890.801,11 • Pay Out time = 2,78 tahun • Return on investment = 26,85% • Discounted Cash Flow-ROR= 26,28% • Break Even Point = 34,53% • Service Life = 11 tahun
