Abstract

PT Pupuk Indonesia's subsidiary PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja has implemented Enterprise Resource Planning for three years and carried out post-implementation risk assessment using the ISO 31000: 2009 framework. Theoretically, in ISO 31000 there is still no broader guide and does not cover governance and risk management. In this study aims to determine the comparison of results between ISO 31000 and COBIT 5 for Risk. Using COBIT 5 for Risk as a comparison because it specifically discusses information technology risk management. The method of data collection was done by interviews and questionnaires against 51 respondents. Comparisons are made at the risk management process stages of risk identification, risk analysis, risk planning and handling. The results of the comparison can be concluded that the results of COBIT 5 for Risk identification in it are able to detail the risk events in more detail. The results of the ISO 31000 risk analysis are more supportive because in ISO 31000 there is a semi-quantitative analysis which results in the form of risk levels which are multiplications of likelihood / frequency and impact. The results of the planning and handling of risks ISO 31000 and COBIT 5 for Risk are equally supportive because they have the same risk management actions that are reducing, transferring, accepting and avoiding.
