Abstract
Many factors support business customers. Customer satisfaction is one of the factors in preparing a business. One of the important things that must be considered in this business era is customer focus which requires a concept that can increase sales and service to customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy based on creating a relationship between the company and the customer. Through how to use CRM, companies that implement it can see what customers need so that it will create a close business relationship and two-way communication. And also apply the Framework Of Dynamic method to support sales and increase customer loyalty and transaction convenience. Promo information services via SMS Gatway. So, the application of this method is able to support product sales and increase customer convenience in transactions.
