Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 24 Palembang menggunakan model Problem Posing pada materi bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan selama 3 siklus. Setiap tahapan siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan (observasi), dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa persentase keberhasilan pada siklus I mencapai 34,21, Kemudian pada siklus II persentase keberhasilan 52,63 dan pada siklus III persentase keberhasilan mencapai 81,57. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Posing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dari proses pembelajaran siklus I diperoleh keaktifan peserta didik dengan persentase 31,58 dengan kategori keaktifan “Tidak aktif”. Sedangkan dari proses pembelajaran siklus II diperoleh keaktifan peserta didik dengan persentase 55,26 dengan kategori keaktifan “Kurang aktif”. Terakhir dari proses pembelajaran siklus III diperoleh keaktifan peserta didik dengan persentase 84,21 dengan kategori keaktifan “Aktif”.
