Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan kalsium fluorida dengan kapasitas produksi 60.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 5 Ha. Proses pembuatan kalsium fluorida ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 9764963 B2 dengan proses presipitasi kalsium karbonat dengan hidrogen fluorida, dan dilanjutkan proses netralisasi hidrogen fluorida dengan kalsium hidroksida. Reaktor pertama dan kedua adalah reaktor jenis continuous stirred tank reactor. Reaktor pertama beroperasi pada temperatur 40oC dan tekanan 1 atm sedangkan reaktor kedua beroperasi pada temperatur 25oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 182 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik kalsium fluorida ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 61.081.433 • Total Penjualan = US $ 60.000.000 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 29.672.033 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 25.949.034 • Pay Out Time = 2,139 Tahun • Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR) = 34,756% • Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 41,699% • Break Even Point (BEP) = 24,516% • Service Life = 11 Tahun Kata Kunci: Kalsium Fluorida, Presipitasi, Continous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
