Abstract
The aim of this study is to know the entrepreneurial guidance process of pineapple-processed product entrepreneur in UMKM (Small Micro Medium Entreprises) Melati of Prabumulih. This study uses qualitative research with despcriptive method. The techniques of data collection in this study are using interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the guidance process conducted by the head od UMKM to the entreprenuers included training, assistance, supervision and evaluation of the production process, packaging and also marketing of pineapple-processed product. The entrepreneurial guidance process has gone well,it is shown by the change of improvement in business seein in the increase of entrepreneur's income, and the improvement in human resource/ entrepeneurs of UMKM Melati od Prabumulih.
