Abstract

The title of this research is "Capacity Building of State Civil Apparatus in Regency Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency". This research was motivated by still a few talented and professional state civil apparatus. This research aimed to know the capacity building of state civil apparatus in Regency Revenue Agency at Ogan Ilir Regency. The type of this research is descriptive research and uses qualitative research methods. This research uses the theory A. Fiszbein's that has 3 dimensions which are human resource capabilities, technological capabilities and capital capabilities. The results of this research indicate that the research of capacity building in Regency Revenue Agency at Ogan Ilir Regency is good but not yet optimal. In this research, the author suggest to use finger print so that employees discipline better and placement of employees is adjusted to the educational background and abilities of each employee so that each employee’s capacities will be maximal.
