Abstract
This study aims to find out if there are any influence of the big five Factors Personality (neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness) in predicting society compliance with health protocol covid 19. The hypothesis of the study was there is significant influence of neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness on society compliance. Participants in this study were 220 people aged 15-22 years old. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling technique. The research uses two scales as a measuring instrument, which is the compliance scale that refers to the dimensions of Blass (1999) and the big five Factors personality scale that refers to the personality factors by McCrae and Costa (2003).). The results of research data were analyzed using the simple regression method. The regression result showed traits neuroticism (r square = 0,021, p= 0,031), opennness to experience (r square = 0,044, p = 0,002), agreeableness (r square = 0,102 , p=0,000), and conscientiousness (r square = 0,070, p=0,000) have the significant influence in predicting society obedience with health protocol covid 19. Thus, the hypothesis was accepted. Whereas, the result of extraversion (r square = 0,006, p = 0,251) showed that there is no significant Influence of extraversion in predicting society obedience with health protocol covid 19.
