Abstract

PT JResources Sago Prima Pratama is engaged in gold mining, located in Seruyung, North Kalimantan. In 2020, PT JResources Sago Prima Pratama has a primary pit, namely Pit MSC, with an ore and waste production target of 3,229,396 tons / year. The purpose of this research is to know the dumping ore and waste plan, productivity and the need plan for digging and transporting equipment as well as the factors that influence the productivity of loading and transporting tools to achieve production targets. The ore dumping plan is the Crushing Plant. The dumping waste plans for January to August 2020 are Inpit Dump ARA and Inpit Dump WBZ. Dumping waste in Inpit Dump ARA will be conducted from December 2019 to August 2020. Dumping waste at the WBZ Inpit Dump was conducted from January to March 2020. The productivity of the Caterpillar 390 D loader is 1,117.5 tonnes / hour and the Hitachi ZX 470 LC-5G is 593.2 tonnes / hour. The productivity of the Caterpillar OHT 773 E conveyor against the Caterpillar 390 D loader from January to August 2020 was obtained from 82.3 tonnes / hour to 335.3 tonnes / hour. Meanwhile, the productivity of the Caterpillar OHT 773 E conveyance against the Hitachi ZX 470 LC-5G loader from January to August 2020 was 65.7 tonnes / hour to 238.8 tonnes / hour. The number of digging and loading equipment needs in 2020 varies each month due to different production targets and the increasing distance to transport ore or waste. Factors that can hinder the productivity of the digging and transporting equipment are conditions of loading point or dumping area, haul road geometry, distribution of blasting fragmentation, material characteristics and operator skills.
