Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEES PERFOMANCE IN PT. PILAR MAS PALEMBANG This research aimed to determine the effect of motivation in employees perfomance at PT. Pilar Mas Palembang. The population in this research were impicated all employees of PT. Pilar Mas Palembang. PT. Pilar Mas Palembang that in total 40 people and this sampling was using saturated sampling (census), this respondents in this study was the employees of PT. Pilar Mas Palembang, PT. Pilar Mas Palembang in total 40 people. This research used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between motivation on employees performance. Therefore, the advice given to company in order to improve security and provide motivation for employees to be disciplined in working to improve the performance of employees of PT. Pilar Mas Palembang.
