Abstract

This study aims to understand the current computer based State Property information system and to determine whether the system has been optimal or not using COBIT 5. This research is a qualitative descriptive study by observing the research object directly, conducting interview with parties that related to State Property management, and acquiring the data needed. Futhermore, analysis the acquired data to obtain how the current condition and then evaluating the system with using COBIT 5. The results shows that the computer based State Property information system is quite optimal. it can be seen in the strengths and weakness of each components, namely hardware, software, database, telecommunication, human resource, and procedure.
