Abstract

Rental mobil merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa yang menyediakan layanan penyewaan mobil. Pemilik rental mobil harus selektif dalam memilih mobil untuk dijadikan armada, dikarenakan apabila mobil yang dipilih kurang tepat, maka pemilik rental akan mengalami kerugian. Untuk mengatasi masalah seperti ini, sebuah sistem untuk mendukung sebuah keputusan adalah solusi yang dapat membantu pemilik rental sesuai dengan keinginan atau kebutuhannya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan sebagai pembobotan dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) sebagai perangkingan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 8 kriteria dan 20 alternatif dan mendapatkan keakuratan yang cukup baik dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS.
