Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of employees in the department of Energy and Mineral Resources in the province of South Sumatra (Sub Division of Finance). This research is a qualitative descriptive study by observing good data in the form of coming directly to the place to be examined by saving existing conditions, and conduct interviews with the employees concerned in this study as well as data obtained indirectly. The results of this study concluded that the Employee Work, Target and Work Behavior instruments used as a whole were already in place run effectively when viewed in terms of relevance, sensitivity, reliability, acceptability, practicality. However, from the instrument of work behavior objectivity is still needed from the appraiser, so that the results of the appraisal are not based on the subjectivity of the appraiser himself.
