Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendampingan kemandirian diri dan mendeskripsikan kemandirian diri santriwati. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi partisipatif. Pengukuran kemandirian diri dilakukan melalui analisis statististik deskriptif dengan penskoran dan kategorisasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa proses pendampingan dilakukan oleh pendamping pengasuhan, pendamping peribadatan, dan pendamping ketertiban, kegiatan pendampingan berupa menemani, menyertai dan membantu santriwati mengelolah kegiatan sehari-hari, beribadah dan menaati tata tertib, masing-masing pendamping memilki program, peran, waktu, fasilitas, metode, dan materi kemandirian diri, dan hasil kemandirian diri santriwati aspek tanggung tanggung jawab mean skor total 2,8 kategori mandiri, aspek otonomi mean skor total 2,35 kategori mandiri, aspek inisiatif mean skor total 2,63 kategori mandiri, dan aspek kontrol diri 2,75 kategori mandiri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan santriwati yang mandiri. Kata-kata kunci : Proses Pendampingan, Kemandirian diri ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the process of self-reliance and describe the self-reliance of female studens. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaire interviews, and participatory observation. Self-reliance measurement is done through descriptive statistical analysis by scoring and categorisation. The results of the mentoring process are conducted by a caregiving companion, a worship companion, and companion order, mentoring activities in the form of accompany, accompaniment and assist female studens to exercise daily activities, worship and observe the order, each companion have a program, roles, time, facilities, methods, and self-reliance materials, and the results of self-reliance the responsibility of the liability aspect mean total score 2.8 Independent category, the autonomy aspect mean total score 2.35 , the initiative aspect mean a total score of 2.63 independent categories, and an aspect of self-control 2.75 self-categories. It can be concluded that the process of mentoring is carried out well, resulting in an independent female studens. Key words: Mentoring Process, Self-reliance
