Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan asam sitrat dengan kapasitas 65.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2025 di Jalan Mataram Udik, Kecamatan Bandar Mataram Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung yang diperkirakan memiliki area sebesar 11,77 Ha. Proses pembuatan Asam Sitrat ini mengacu pada US Patent No.2015/02312892 A1 dengan metode Submarged Fermentation menggunakan fermentor berpengaduk pada kondisi operasi temperatur 30ᴼC dan tekanan 1 atm. Reaksi yang terjadi sebagai berikut : Perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 160 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik Asam Sitrat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: •Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 24.604.434,43 •Total Penjualan = US$ 220.489.561,86 •Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 115.628.103,50 •Annual Cash Flow = US$ 74.430.862,90 •Pay Out Time = 1,053 tahun •Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR)= 81,50% •Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 85,96% •Break Even Point (BEP) = 33,55% •Service Life = 11 Tahun
