Abstract
In this study discusses “The Poor Families Satisfaction Level in Receiving Services Policy of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Kebun Bunga Sub- Dictrict, Palembang”. This research was conducted in Kebun Bunga Sub-Dictrict, Palembang City. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of the Government's policies to address the problem of poverty, especially the fulfillment of basic health and education needs for children from poor families and provide assistance with requirements that must be met by participants before receiving assistance. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the satisfaction of services felt by poor families of PKH beneficiaries provided in accordance with government policies to alleviate poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative research method that has one research variable and uses a quasi-experimental approach (Quasi Experiment) that uses a comparative research analysis that is a comparison comparing expectations and reality of service satisfaction provided by PKH officers and assistants. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of the distribution of questionnaires as many as 79 benefi ciary families of the hope family program. Respondents were determined by using a probability sampling technique or random sampling. The dimension measuring instrument uses service satisfaction with the SERVQUAL measuring tool and has five dimensions, namely the dimensions of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the level of satisfaction of services provided by PKH officers and assistants to PKH beneficiary families, with the results of the t test hypothesis (t-table) 1.66488 < (t-hitung) 2.212. This states that the level of satisfaction of PKH beneficiaries felt by poor families is high, meaning that they are satisfied in receiving PKH services between the expectations and the reality felt by the family.
