Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To describe the process and partnership pattern carried out between oil palm plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village and PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Banyuasin Regency. (2) Calculating the income of farming plasma oil palm plantations obtained during 2019. (3) Analyzing the level of satisfaction of oil palm plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village in partnership with PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Nusa Makmur Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. Determination of location is done deliberately (Purposive sampling location). Data collection in this study was conducted in February 2020. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The research method used is descriptive and analytic methods. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded (1) The partnership pattern implemented by PT. Tunas Baru Lampung with oil palm plasma farmers is a sub-contract partnership pattern. This partnership pattern has the main characteristic that is the existence of a 25-year work contract agreement that contains rules related to payment time, quality and price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB). (2) The average income of oil palm plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village in 2019 was IDR53,801,361.90 per plot with an average monthly income of IDR 4,483,446.82 per plot. (3) The level of satisfaction felt by oil palm plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village towards their partner PT. Tunas Baru Lampung based on calculation of the value of the Customer Satisfsction Index (CSI), which is classified into the criteria of satisfaction with a value of 79.3%.
