Abstract
Candlenut is a plant that produced candlenut seeds and has hard outer shell that cover the core of the seed candlenut whole core. The core of candlenut was obtained from few factors,one of them boiling time and roll rotation speed, on related to performance of the mechines for percentage of the seed candlenut whole core. This research used methodology framework which applies a Factorial Randomized Group Design with two factors, namely (a) boiling time and (b) roll rotation speed, where these research used three levels experiment and every experiment has three times iteration. These parameters consisted of the whole proportion of seed candlenuts, the proportion of sticky seeds, the proportion of vulnerable seeds, and the proportion of passed seeds the result of this research depicted that the experiment of roll rotation speed (Factor B) has no significant affect to the percentage of vulnerable seed when it was compared by others proportion. The highest value percentage of seed candlenut reveals that the figure combination of A3B2 showed at 1.43%. The highest value percentage of sticky seeds depicted that the figure combination of A1B1 showed at 38.84%. The highest value percentage of vulnerable seeds reveal that the figure combination of A3B2 showed at 14.45%. Meanwhile, the highest value percentage of passed seeds indicate that the figure combination of A1B1 showed at 23.87%
