Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity. The data used in this study were obtained from secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of subsector property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. This type of study was quantitative with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling as many as 30 companies. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression which is processed with using the application Eviews 8.0. The results of the analysis showed that the Current Ratio had a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio did not have a significant effect on Return On Equity.
