Abstract

Pra Rencana Pabrik Pembuatan Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate Kapasitas 24.000 Ton/Tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2029 di Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 3,5 Ha. Bahan baku dari pembuatan tetrasodium pirofosfat ini adalah asam fosfat dan natrium hidroksida. Proses pembuatan tetrasodium pyrophosphate ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2015/0139884 A1 dengan proses pre-netralisasi asam fosfat dan natrium hidroksida, proses netralisasi natrium dihydrogen fosfat dengan natrium hidroksida serta proses reaksi pada rotari kiln membentuk tetrasodium pyrophosphate. Reaktor pertama dan kedua adalah reaktor jenis continuous stirred tank reactor. Reaktor pertama beroperasi pada temperatur 95oC dan tekanan 1 atm sedangkan reaktor kedua beroperasi pada temperatur 103oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 152 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik tetrasodium pyrophosphate ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai macam persyaratan parameter ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 12.766.890 • Total Penjualan = US $ 36.670.545 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 23.097.059 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 9.501.046 • Pay Out Time = 1,159 Tahun • Rate Of Return On Investment (ROR) = 74,42% • Break Even Point (BEP) = 23,28% • Service Life = 11 Tahun
